Josh Roman with Clifford Power did some troubleshooting on our backup generator today, he found the issue and solved the problem, ordered the parts needed came back replaced them, tested the gen set and put it back in service. Josh pays close attention to detail and does a Great Job. Thanks Josh
From start to finish, Clifford Co and Antonio the technician that came out to fix our generator was amazing. Customer service was awesome and JP went out of his way to drop off parts to the technician. 10 out of 10

Clifford maintains our residential backup generator. All technicians have provided personal feedback with EVERY visit, and scheduling/dispatcher has always ensured we are receiving preventative visits too. These guys are so awesome, I challenge another power outage! We ain't skeerd!

Clifford Power is a leader in the generator industry. They stand behind ethical business practices, and giving their customers and employees a good experience. As former branch manager at Clifford Power, I can honestly testify to this.
Due to personal hardships, I was forced to resign. During my departure, the leadership team was very supportive and understanding. During the difficult decision to resign, they continued to support me. Additionally, I always felt valued and appreciated by all; this truly was my second family.

My experience with Clifford Power was one that you do not come by often in the power generation world. As a past employee of Clifford Power I would not only recommend this company as an outstanding power generation vendor for your generator needs, but I also highly recommend Clifford Power as a place of employment. This company exceeds industry standards in creating a work environment where the employees are safe, respected and encouraged to take ownership of their duties. Clifford Power provides a world class service to customers and I can honestly say from an insider perspective I have never seen them cut corners. The job is always done with the customers needs as a priority and Justin the branch manager always makes sure the invoice billing is fair. Under Justin's committed team at the Austin branch customers are never overcharged or billed for services not complete. I highly recommend this company for both employment and as a power generation vendor.
