We moved from Orlando to San Antonio with Allied. 11 days to receive our boxes. Our furnitures packed by the movers were damaged at the arrival (kid's bed, kid's armoire, kid's book shelf, one wood shelf in the living room and one canon printer has not been found in any of our boxes where we packed it.This item was missing and packed only by ourself in one individual boxe. The driver of the truck said, first, that we did not assembled our furnitures in a right way so that explained why everything arrived damaged. Then, he said that our furnitures were "cheap". He was all the time like that saying that it is the customer's fault. We should received our furnitures in the same status as they were when they took it from Orlando. The total cost lost is 3000$ so we were not happy at all to have that result and to have to hear all of that from the company employer that is suppose to warranty a quality service and take care of our personal furnitures. Pictures are below. Added to that, it was a real heardbreaking for our daughter.

Charles, and the crew that delivered our furniture did a great job. They were very careful in upacking, handling, and setting up our furniture. There was an error with the order made by the store, which Charles helped address on the phone while he was here. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
