I would like to provide feedback on the recent water leak issue we had in our office. Although the damage was minor, it was assigned to another project manager to handle the repair at a later time. As we needed a contractor, I reached out to three different painting companies through Google Maps. I am happy to report that Texas Painting Company responded promptly and scheduled a start date for the repair within a few days. However, I have not heard back from the other two contractors, despite their larger Google reviews. Texas Painting Company demonstrated excellent customer service by being easy to reach and having a fast turn-around time. Although I redirected the repair to another project manager, I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were able to schedule a meeting with me within three days, which was much appreciated.

Worst painting job we've ever experienced. The contract clearly stated that they would clean the house and prepare surfaces. The crew shows up on day one and starts painting. I asked why they weren't cleaning or prepping, and they said Jeff told then they didn't need to do it. I told them they needed to at least clean the back surfaces, to which the crew appears visually "put out" and say that they "don't have a surface cleaner" and ask if I have one. I gave them my pressure washer (small) which they avoid and pull out a professional pressure washer out of their van (surprise!). They cleaned the back porch and nothing else, and only because I insisted. Fast-forward a couple weeks and Jeff sends out a 2nd rate "crew" to address issues with quality. They of course manage to do absolutely nothing (see attached picture). The photo of the side of the house is from well after the 2nd visit. The 2nd visit was to specifically address quality issues like this. Such a tremendous waste of money. Avoid this company unless you want to pay someone to do a half-a** job. We'll be issuing a complaint to the BBB as well. Now we'll be looking to spend another grand or two to get someone else out here to fix this.
