Crystal did a beautiful job on our pool resurfacing using PebbleTec. Special shoutout to Jeff, our sales rep, who stayed with us the whole way, and Craig, our startup guy, who answered countless questions during the break-in / startup period. Also, work done was first rate all round. We had a small kerfuffle with the January freeze during the period, but Crystal Clear made it all good for us. They also developed a very smart work-around for a mystery plumbing leak that had been driving us nuts for a while. Recommend!

We have loved working with Crystal Clear pools. Eric did our quote and was great about listening to what we wanted and getting the project started quickly. Our GC Johnny was incredibly efficient, communicative, and when problems (so few) arose he came with immediate solutions to keep things moving. We thought getting our pool resurfaced and tiles repaired would take ages, but everything was done right on time. We had one weather delay and Johnny was so clear and fast in communication, so we felt completely at ease, as sometimes a break in a project can lead to longer delays. Not the case with Crystal Clear. The crew was extremely clean and respectful of our space. We loved working with Crystal Clear Pools and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality work.

We love the renovation on our pool! We had the pool resurfaced with a pebble surface, the waterline tile replaced with small subway tiles, the coping replaced with buff leuder, the skimmer replaced, a split drain added, a swim lane, handrail, and converted our pool to saltwater. The sales and procurement manager, Chris, came to look at our pool was really helpful and did great job understanding our vision and giving us reasonable expectations of what could be done and the resources required. The project was started before the expected start date which was an awesome surprise because our pool was unusable due to the quality of the old plaster on it. The downside was that supply chain issues slower down procurement which slowed down completion. Unfortunately, communication during this time could have been better. It was definitely us reaching out to get status updates instead getting notifications when there were delays. After I asked for more consistent updates, communication became more proactive. Kudos for making it making it right! On the work side, Johnny was our project manager and he did a great job of answering my questions and checking in on the work. The craftsmen that installed the coping and tile were awesome. We have a lot of curves and corners in our pool and they had some really tricky cuts to make for the leuder slabs but they did a great job. I wanted for the swim lane ie. one line down the middle and and a curve at each end so I wouldn't hit my head while doing laps and they had the idea of turning the tiles on points and I love it. It looks great and is very functional without overwhelming the rest of the pool. The handrail they installed is great quality and sturdy. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the finished product. They weren't the cheapest quote that we go in but I am confident in their work. I highly recommend Crystal Clear and will be engaging them again when we are ready to add a hot tub to our pool. Thanks Johnny and Chris for breathing new life into our pool!

If you need a pool renovation, you can’t do any better than Crystal Clear Pools and Spa. From their estimator Chris to the office manager Jennifer to our project manager Johny and our pool technician Alex, you couldn’t ask for a more professional, friendly and efficient group. We even had the owner stop by to help troubleshoot a last minute hot tub issue. When Chris came to estimate our renovation (new coping, tile and pebble tech surface), he explained every step of the process, gave a general timeline and offered options for all the surfaces. He was patient and explained all our questions. Jennifer handled the “boring” process of contracts and invoices with a kind and welcoming presence. Johny was a project manager’s project manager. He was on top of everything. His communication with us was stellar both in keeping us updated and answering questions texted or called to him. His crews were excellent and he moved them in and out with ease. The masons and tile crew and their support staff were skilled and performed at a high level. The worksite was cleaned each evening and they were all very good at answering questions as well. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Johnny on the repair retiling and resurfacing the pool. He was very responsive and his team did a great job. Because I liked them so much I hired them to do my regular cleaning. Hutch does a great job. He’s the best pool cleaner I’ve had and I have been through many over the years. Always courteous and on time and the pool has never looked better!
