With the recent storms, I had a roof vent cap blow off - from start to finish, LOA was great! The service line was not only able to assign someone same day to fix, but was also able to tell me when the last hail storm was in the area and make additional recommendations. From there, Nick James was able to come out immediately, fix the vent cap without any hassle and give me an honest assessment as to whether I needed further repair at this time. From start to finish over our three months of working together, Sam and his teams were professional, punctual and skilled at their trades. And even though we decided to add more work to the contract for him and his team, we still were able to move back home on the original timeline! Sam was incredible to work with, he has an eye for detail, and an ability to translate processes into layman’s terms so we were always in the know of who and what were happening next.
