Great guys to work with if you’re looking for external stairs contractors. Robert took the time to educate us on city codes, helped us navigate thru Covid lockdowns and supply shortages, and got things done on time and within budget.

Wonderful experience. I sent Silvana a photo of my ideal/dream stairs. The installed product is EXACTLY what I hoped for - but our stairs were trickier than the magazine photo!!! Many trades to coordinate (iron worker, wood trim master carpenter, painter/stainer) Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and fair price (50%, 25%, 25%). We hired Austin Stairs to replace a worn out wood deck railing with a stainless steel cable railing. From start to finish, Robert and his installers were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. The end product is beautiful, and we recommend Austin Stairs without reservation.

We contracted them for services. They came and left the supplies to complete the job, but did not come back after repeated requests to finish. We finally got someone else to come out and use their supplies to finish it. After we finished it we let them know what happened and they sent us a bill for the supplies.
