We recently experienced a situation at midnight in one of our bathrooms where a large amount of water got on the floor and spread to two surrounding closets, a bedroom wall, and a hallway wall all within 30 minutes. I called 911 Restoration at 8 am the next morning and Juan was at our house within 1 hour. Over the next 6 days we got to know him very well and were quite pleased with his attention to our situation and the frequent visits he made to check on the 12 pieces of equipment he set up on his first visit to dry and de-humidify our home. He was a pleasure to work with on our issue as Maria was to interact with on the first day and at the conclusion of the project. Pricing was fair and we highly recommend 911 Restoration when you find yourself in need of immediate assistance in a situation like ours.

911 Restoration is by far the best busy I have ever worked with. The level of professionalism, excellence, attention to detail and commitment is unmatched. They are so good that if I moved to another state I would want to fly them out to do all of the work. Incredible work. 5 stars is not high enough. I give them an infinite amount of stars!
