We had a really good experience with Ascend Elevators. The installation was more complicated than expected due to the construction of our house, but they adjusted and got it installed in a smooth and timely manner. Elevator looks and works great.
Great folks. Helped me resolve a potential scam operation using their information to cut me a check. Thanks!

Christina was extremely helpful with the process of getting our stair lift. She was knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Kirk, our installer, was amazing with our special needs daughter - and they both went the extra mile ensuring things were quiet for her.

We Strongly recommend Ascend after a terrific experience installing our Pollock lift. The entire team, including Jay, Rob, and Kevin are true professionals. Rarely have we come across a company with such attention to detail. Thanks for a smooth ride, guys!!

I had a 23 year old dead elevator from a company that has since gone out of business and nobody was able to fix it. I was thinking of having it replaced but Ascend convinced me to keep the parts that still worked (such as the cab) and only replace the parts that were broken or outdated. This saved me nearly half the cost of a new elevator. It is now installed and running perfectly. Thanks Ascend - you did a great job!

Jay lambert the owner is always available and responsive but the star of the show is Alfred the extraordinary technician. Not only is he is exceptionally knowledge but courteous, diligent and prompt. They refurbished my elevator for a very reaonable price and have diligently maintained it. They are the best.

We have a great winding staircase with a split level floor plan upstairs and needed a chair lift to help my mother easily access both her suite and the upstairs family area. She loves the result and I loved the price.
Jay and Christina communicated well, were easy to work with and provided a top notch experience.
Alfred performed the work quickly and efficiently. He explained the system to us and patiently answered all of our questions.
We ran into a very minor issue one evening and both Jay and Chistina responded to my after hours message. Since it wasn't preventing mom from using the chair lift, they scheduled Alfred to come out the very next day. It was fixed by 9am.

Ascend’s service tech Alfred was great. He fixed our elevator and spent time explaining what he did and what needs to be updated. I highly recommend Ascend for residential elevator service and repairs. I will definitely use him again.

My hubs and I decided to purchase a home close to my son and his family. We knew that a two story home would present some challenges. I did my research about residential home elevators and contacted Jay Lambert, an aging in place specialist. He came out to measure our space and helped us determine that it was a doable project. Jay was very professional and dependable and upfront about the project details and expenses. He encouraged us to visit the showroom to ride in the floor model which we did. Having a residential elevator in our home has been a game changer! We feel much more confident and assured against falls and our guests love the convenience of accessing the 2nd floor even with their luggage. We were pleased with the results of the work crew!
