2nd time I've used Air Texas for a service call and they have been great both times. Very fast response time and we're able to diagnose and fix the problems within 1-2 hours. I will continue to use them at my business and would recommend them to anyone.

Very good and detailed service for a leak in my AC. The person who came out also showed me how to change an air filter for the future! I thought he were super helpful.

I have been a general contractor for 46 years Carlos, Hector and the crew at Air Texas AC & Heating LLC are the best most professional HVAC company I have ever used, Luis the owner is amazing, a kind person and an all around great experience to work with.

Air Texas guys performed my AC repairs in a very skilled manner.
Luis gave me exact time the technicians were arriving. They are very professional... Cleaned and hauled away all the debris, and quoted price persisted. I am so please with them... I highly recommend their services!

I strongly recommend Air Texas AC & Heating LLC, they did an amazing job installing my unit, but not just the installation, also they gave options to solve my issue, but they gave me their best advice. In the past I had very bad experience but Luis was very honest with me from the first time. I reached out to Air Texas because my AC quit working several days ago. I had already accepted the fact that I was very likely to be purchasing a new AC/heat system when I called them (knowing my system is a little over 20 years old and has seen it's better days). But I still wanted an honest assessment, and not just have some jackwagon try to bend me over so he/she/they/them can meet their monthly sales quota. Glad I found this company! Eloy showed up promptly just a few hours after I requested service. He was professional, courteous, went straight to work, and found the problem in just a few minutes. He told me how much it would cost to replace the bad part... and didn't try to sell me a new system. I never saw that coming, I was shocked. I asked Eloy what he would do if it was house and AC - fix or replace. He acknowledged that the system is getting older, but expressed confidence that the repair should get me through the season. I appreciated his honesty and that Air Texas obviously runs a different operation than the service providers I've dealt with in the past. Honestly, if my AC breaks in a month and I have to replace the system, I'll use Texas Air just because I know they're honest. Need more service technicians like Eloy, and companies like Air Texas.

I jus want to say thanks to Luis when I called him to help out with some inspections that we needed to take of at church he showed up on time he answers phone calls and text messages and I will recommend them !

I strongly recommend this company to anyone that is needing any A/C and Heating work done. Luis is beyond excellent to work with and very competitive with prices. Everyone at Air Texas has always been very polite and professional. They are very prompt with scheduling and services. Hector and Carlos did a great job of finalizing and balancing our system after we moved in to our new home. Will definitely recommend them to others and will be working with them on future projects.
