One of the best compliments one can provide a company is to do business with them again. We have hired Baker Design Group twice, and we would definitely hire them again. They made, what we thought would be an overwhelming process, very smooth, painless, and easy, and the final results are amazing! Highly recommended!
About a year ago we experienced the gut wrenching loss of a house fire. Today we live in the home of our dreams. Thank you BDG for walking us through this otherwise stressful season and instead blessing us with your caring and compassionate team. It’s one thing when you plan to remodel. It’s very different when it’s not planned…. Nonetheless, the Baker team came alongside us and helped us come up with a gorgeous and intuitive design plan, consistent professionalism and the most stunning and luxurious finishes and fixtures. Thank you for your hard hard work, PATIENCE, and a literal picture perfect finished product!!!

We had the best experience with Baker Design Group. They recently outfitted our Lakehouse for us. We had never used an interior design service but felt that the size of this project was too much for us. From the initial meeting, we felt like BDG listened to our needs and calmed our nerves about the entire process. After creating a design board with ideas of furniture that we liked, BDG took this and produced the most perfect design for our house. Every step of the process has been a dream. Lisa and Kay communicated well, coordinated everything, and on installation day, every little detail was taken care of. Our house looks amazing, but more importantly to us, it is comfortable, cozy, and well suited for our needs. We love the finished project!

From the first meeting with Baker I knew that my visions was clear to them and they did not disappoint when I met at their offices to go over ideas, selections, etc. The entire team is a joy to work with--it clearly starts with the top; founder, Linda Baker. Lisa was diligent in her quest to find the best options for me, Lisa kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would use them again (will use them again) and delighted to recommend them to anyone needing professional interior decor services.

I’m not sure where to begin. I was about a year into a 2 year build time for our new home. I had worked with a couple of other designers in the beginning to make a few tile and lighting selections. Still, I was unsettled and struggling with confidence in my choices. I felt like nothing was cohesive. I’m a “leave no stone unturned” kind of girl who had probably spent the equivalent of 60+ hours in tile and lighting showrooms across town. The more I searched, the more the vision I had for my home became blurred. With the scale of my project, I knew I couldn’t maintain that pace. I met Linda through a mutual friend and the rest is history! We hit it off immediately. My husband, who had had a front row seat to my design struggles agreed to solicit the help of the Baker Team.
At our initial consultation, Linda introduced me to Jessica Warren, who was the lead designer on our home. Jessica was very patient with me dragging her through all of my previous tile and lighting selections and she helped me fill in the gaps in areas I had not selected. We then began working on finalizing the remaining light fixtures, paint colors and cabinet hardware. Through the course of working through those selections Jessica really began to understand my style and she helped to put my vision back in focus. With all of the construction finish out decisions made, Jessica began to work on the furnishings and decor! Most of our furnishing were well past their prime and were not going to make the move to our new home, so Jessica had to start from scratch. She carefully selected pieces that were of high quality, beautiful, unique and comfortable. Room by room, she created a warm and comfortable environment. She took my vision of warm elegance and elevated it beyond anything I could have imagined! Every last detail is perfect from the window coverings to the rugs, the custom furniture pieces to the lamps, artwork and accessories! It’s truly like living in a model home! Jessica and I worked well together and we often came to the same conclusion, but she was certainly good at being honest and redirecting me if there was something that didn’t really work. Likewise, she listened when I voiced a concern or dislike for something and she was willing to look for more suitable options.
While there are many elements that are unique and stand out in our home, everyone comments on the beautiful Curate Floral designs scattered throughout. Michael is a true artist! Mary Pat is so kind and always welcoming. She’s ready to answer questions or help in anyway.
Linda has put together an amazing team of talented professionals! I am grateful for each one of them who played a role in designing our dream home! After working together for many months, they are like family to me! No matter how large or small your project may be, Baker Design Group can transform your living or work space into something even better than you dreamed! It’s still humbling that I get to call such a beautiful place my home! Do yourself a favor - don't wait as long as I did to enlist their services!
UPDATE: (January 2020) We started from scratch with decorating for our 1st Christmas in our new home. Needless to say, we didn't consider any one else for the job!! We knew the Baker Team would deliver on adding to the beauty they had already created. 2 Christmas trees, banister garland, mantle garland, entertainment center garland, and countless miscellaneous arrangements drew completes from all who saw their Christmas creations. The installation and take-down service truly took the "Bah, Humbug" out of my husband! I can't wait to add more Baker Christmas decor in 2020!
