The painting crew, led by Javier and Omar, completed the job flawlessly in just a day and a half. Their efficiency and skill were impressive. Pros: Jonathan and his team of painters were absolutely amazing!! They were on time, polite and extremely informative. They cleaned up well and did a wonderful job with painting our kitchen, pantry and living area. This is the 2nd time we have used this CertaPro and the team we had last time was great as well. The job looks great and we are happy with the finished product. Cons: The last time we had them come out, the paint they used starting chipping day 1 (Sherwin Williams). We have various chips in the paint now, even when we gently put something against the wall. Luckily, it's the garage so it's not as important. We decided to provide the paint this time to avoid the previous issue (Behr paint). This time, Jonathan (the painter) pointed out some areas in the house where the old paint was bleeding through after they finished painting. He said that he could do a 3rd coat if we wanted. Javier (the project manager) told me about it as well via the phone and had Jonathan point out the areas. Javier immediately told me it would cost more and I would have to buy more paint; I'm really unsure of why he was even involved since i saw him once and he redirected me to sales when the issue popped up. I was told to bring this up to the sales individual, Chris, and he immediately deflected the situation. I truly did not appreciate the way he handled (or didn't handle) the situation. Instead of being genuine and trying to find out the issue, he first deflected about not seeing it then started making excuses for it instead. I NEVER asked them to fix anything. I just wanted an explanation as to why it was happening; how were they able to cover a dark brown and dark green wall perfectly, but the light gray one was bleeding through? Conclusion: I would use them again, but I'm not a fan of the CertaPro employees. I like the painters they contract out and think they do a great job.

Even though we are a non-profit organization and our project was small, they took the time to come out and look at it. Nobody else would do that for us. Chris G. was very helpful, detailed in his description of the work to be completed and helped us keep the costs down. Javier N. also did an excellent job in scheduling and keeping a good line of communication open. Very polite and professional. After getting on the schedule, they sent a team of two out. After just a few hours, you couldnt even tell there had ever been any water damage. They kept a very clean work area, were very professional and friendly as well. Overall, I couldnt be any happier. I would totally recommend CertaPro Painters and would gladly have them back on future projects. Definitely a Five Star company.

CertaPro was not the lowest estimate we were given, although they were the most through with wood replacement needed and on the estimate. Others would add to their estimate when wood was needed. Chris G was one time for the estimate date, very thorough as stated above, and communication was friendly and non-pressured. Jeo and his crew text when they were arriving to paint, they were on time and cleaned up everything they brought out to use. Two days it took them to paint our house, we found a few spot where old paint was coming thru, text and they came out the next work day. Chris G did come by after the painting was completed, just to make sure we liked it and to say thank you for our business. I do not mind paying a little extra for a great outcome and the customer service we received. Thank you Chris G, Jeo & Crew and CertaPro! Pictures are before and after!!
