Have been using 1st Fire Safety for years. They send me a reminder email a few weeks before the inspection is due and I can schedule the appointment via that email. They are very good to work with our schedule. Today we had a valve leak that was promptly repaired (after a consultation with us) and the system was reinspected. Very happy and would definitely recommend this company!

I have used 1st Fire Safety two times for our annual back flow inspections. They are proactive in their communications and great at explaining their process. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for the services that they offer.

Seamless experience from start to finish. I received their mailer last year and called them to complete our Backflow inspection. They sent me a reminder email a few days ago and we set up the schedule through email. They set a date, their technician came and took care of it on schedule. No need for reminders etc. We just needed to make sure they had access to the unit and keep pets away. Very efficient operation. Five stars. Will use them again.
