I was very impressed with technician Matt B who provided routine maintenance on our Generac today. He called before his arrival and was no time. He was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered a couple of questions that I had. Since our generator is two years old, he also imparted knowledge about what to expect in future maintenance. All technicians should be like Matt!

Superb customer service from Wyatt Thomas. During a bad storm we had a lightning strike effecting the Generac and called the after hours number and immediately got a call back. Wyatt listened to our issue and concerns and immediately gave us the steps to follow to get the Generac up and running during the storm. We were not able to get to the panel due to the storm and Wyatt agreed we should stay safe due to the lightning striking the house and to do it when we can and call him. The storm didn’t let up till the next morning and we went out and followed his instructions and the Generac came back up. At the same time we received a call from him to check on us. He was happy to hear that we were up and running and he would see us “that” day to check it out. Sure enough he arrived that afternoon and checked it out and repaired a few things and we were good to go. A big shout out for above and beyond customer service from Wyatt

From start to finish the service and the people are top notch. No problem or question was too big or too small. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. They got everything hooked up and running in a very short time span. From start to finish They took care of everything in a professional manner and treated me with respect. I would recommend this company and their crew to anyone they went above and beyond in my opinion. Would definitely do business with them again if I ever move to a new home. I am very satisfied with the whole experience with this company.
