Daniel was great! Very polite, informative and fast. He helped me quickly identify the most cost effective way to rekey our entire house and outbuildings. Very pleased with his efficient and friendly service.

I want to begin saying that no one was rude or unprofessional when interacting with me. I initially called for help getting into my car at 9.30am, was told it would be about an hour so I went to complete my workout. Called again at 11.30, was told there were 2 clients ahead of me. Called again at 12.30 and was told there was no record of my request, so I made a new one and was told they'd be out after 1pm. This is the only time I received A confirmation text. Called again at 1.42, explained everything and was told they would have the locksmith call me with an eta. I did say that this experience was upsetting me. Called again at 2.30, was told again that there was no record of my request, explained everything again, the wait, that I hadn't eaten all day, my frustration, and was told that I would be made an emergency priority. Shorty thereafter I got a text and call from the locksmith saying he would be there in 20-30 minutes. By the time he got my car open my ordeal had gone on for 7 hours. And I had to pay out almost $100 that I really didn't have to spare. I don't blame the locksmith. I don't know if it was human error, computer issues, or malicious but I don't think I will ever use this company again. Given the company's high rating this was probably an anomaly but the experience just piled onto a rough week. I hope they figure out what happened and fix whatever issues caused this.

Daniel became my homie today! I was having an issue with my keys being locked in my trunk and he was able to get it open in like less than 5 minutes. I was shocked and he was a real chill guy, who told me it was his first time opening a trunk, and he just put it in my trunk and he busted it open
