We have used them for two separate automatic gates and they are trustworthy and reliable. Recently had a small issue with a gate they installed and they came out promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend them.

All Gates provides Gate Services for our community. They have never failed to be available to resolve complex issues with the electronics in our gate system or to do the routine maintenance necessary to prevent problems or to handle mechanical issues when they occur. Allen Roch has a top tier organization and with personnel like Alana, we never worry if our issues will be handled!!

All Gates has come out to assist me on a couple of occasions. Most recently they came immediately to assist when I had a security concern at my home. Alana and the team worked so fast and were so kind to me. I can not imagine better service or work from a company. I trust them completely and will continue to use them for all of my gate needs. I really can not express my gratitude enough to them for their assistance. Thank you All Gates!

Rotational spring broke on heavy wooden overhead garage door, and I could not get door open, meaning no access to either car. Alana was great to deal with, very responsive. Rene did a great job getting a new spring installed and adjusted, very careful, courteous, and professional. Did the work on the coldest day of the year in 2022 as well. When the door needed adjustment a few months later, Rene came back and did the adjustments quickly, for no charge. I don't post reviews often, but I do highly recommend this business for garage spring work.
