First of all, our new windows are beautiful! To say that our experience from the sales presentation by Sean, the accurate measurements, and the professional installation we had was excellent would be an understatement! Sean gave us a real reason to purchase Anlin windows and to give our business to Clarity Windows. We received regular updates on the ordering and installation dates. From signing the contract to installation was right at six weeks, just as Sean promised. The install team was great! They installed 20 windows in 5 hours, cleaned up inside and outside, and demonstrated the proper way to open, close, and clean our windows. We are very happy with our choice. Nicely done.

We had all our windows replaced by Clarity a month ago and we absolutely LOVE them! They look beautiful on the inside and the outside and they make our house SO QUIET inside! The difference in the noise level from the busy street behind our house is amazing. When you open the window, you hear the traffic; close the window, and it’s like we pressed the “mute” button. Jon Craig was our designer. He made sure we would love these windows and suggested things no one else did. For the windows overlooking the backyard, he suggested we make the bottom windows shorter than the tops and it looks very much like picture windows that way. When you stand, that annoying halfway bar isn’t there obstructing your view anymore. It’s just a lovely view of the yard. We also had two windows side by side in two places upstairs. Jon suggested we make them one window that slides left and right. I absolutely love this because it is so much easier to open the window and there are fewer bars to interrupt the line of sight. In addition, the screens on all the windows are hardly even visible. Look at these photos. Can you see the screens? We have been getting many compliments on our new windows. The installation process could not have been smoother. Arturo and his crew installed all of our windows in just one day. They listened, they were polite and agreeable, did a masterful job caulking and making everything perfect, then cleaned up all of their work. The office staff, Holly & Autumn, were helpful and responsive throughout the process. And then Jon came by after installation to make sure we were happy. We could not be happier! THANK YOU for a beautiful experience, Clarity!

UPDATE: My last post was about my salesperson, Stephanie and I was still getting window quotes. I had a great experience with her and since then, ordered window for my entire house and they were installed last month and I am so pleased. I love having all my curtains and blinds open now and having the outdoors come indoors. Stephanie and the entire crew at Clarity more than exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my purchase. The outside noise has been significantly reduced and when we had our cold week in January, it wasn't even cold to sit by the windows. I am so blown away by the difference that I just ordered new sliding doors to replace my French doors that open up to my backyard, and ordered a new storm door for my front. I set up an appointment with Stephanie, and again, she was so knowledgeable, personable, honest and ethical. If she didn't know the answer to something I asked, she did not hesitate to find out the answer. I can walk the neighborhood now and see the vast difference between my Clarity windows and the "off-the-shelf" windows or even the other "window" company windows on the other homes. All of the other companies are in and out in no time, leaving the potential customer confused and with unanswered questions. I feel my money well spent and well worth it. I look forward to my new doors and say thank you to all of the crew at Clarity, and especially THANK YOU Stephanie for taking the extra time it took to make sure I was an informed buyer and happy with my final selection.
