First Out was fantastic! They showed up when they said and the work was awesome. They go the extra mile to do it correctly and not cut corners. We would highly recommend them, hopefully we don't need a new roof for a long time, but we would use them again!

Nick from First Out came to the house to look at some wood rot on the soffits. He appraised the situation, took the time to talk with me – ask questions, and said he would get back with me. I quickly got a fair and detailed quote from him. I understood what they were going to do, why it needed to be done, who would be doing the work and when it would be completed. The communication was great. I knew what to expect, when his team was coming out and what they were doing. I was also relieved that my budget constraints were fully understood. I had multiple soffits and fascia replaced and new gutters properly installed. The teams did excellent work. They were very professional. I was impressed with how great it looks and how they fixed the issues I was having. It rained within two days of the job being completed and there are no problems. I would recommend First Out Roofing. They do fantastic work.

In a day when nobody seems to care Not True! Today I called a roofing company named First Out and not only got the best customer service I have had in along time. I was in a desperate situation trying to get tarp on roof that storm messed up. They met me at house within 20 minutes and covered area with tarp. Gave me great service and price. The house belongs to a friend who in care facility and her son passed away couple weeks ago. I can not put in words how much First Out took care of problem but CARED enough to give very Best. The extra mile was a GREAT BLESSING. RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEY TRULY CARE!!!!

After a large rain, I called Nick at First Out Roofing. This was for a small repair so I was unsure if my repair was worth the trip. He responded very graciously and arranged his crew to come out that same afternoon and complete the repair. I plan to use him for any future repairs to my home's roof. If he can reply to this small a repair so efficiently, I will give him my recommendation to anyone who would ask for a referral. Thanks Nick

I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! Just WOW. Nick asked a few questions and understood that this was time-critical; he went out of his way to explain their process and the report I'd get and then asked if he and Spencer could swing by first thing in the morning! Take my money now! Anyhow, they showed up this morning right on time, reconfirmed that the inspection report was asking for a review for possible hail damage, and then said, we will do that and give you a report that the buyer can use to get their Homeowners insurance. I'll be honest when I say this: I was surprised to find out this level of customer service exists today and that companies are willing to go the extra mile for no added cost. Nick, Spencer, I am writing this to say that I am very thankful to your company for the courtesy, respect, professionalism, and customer service. This is unheard of today, and I commend y'all for this! Even though I don't need the roof replaced, I will say this to anyone reading this review ... you will not find a better company. First Out Roofing is a top notch organization. I needed a few small repairs to siding and gutters. Nick, Travis and Spencer came and made the repairs. They explained their processes in a way I could understand and left the site looking great. They then returned during the next rainstorm to make sure the gutters were working appropriately. These guys go the extra mile for sure! I will definitely use their services again.

Called First Out Roofing and explained the issue of what I thought to be water seepage in my garage. Travis came out and looked the at the roof within two hours. Explained the issue and how it could be possibly be resolved. Travis was most helpful and stated we should continue to monitor the area and to call if there are any issues. Very polite and courteous. I felt comfortable and reassured with his explanations and work performed. Would recommend him to anyone seeking professional workmanship. I certainly will be using his roofing services when needed in the future.

Nick from First Out Roofing was great. We had some roof damage from a storm and got a claim. Nick was very responsive to my inquiry and was willing to spend time talking me through all the nuances of dealing with insurance claims and how we could make the case for additional supplements for things the adjuster missed. He scheduled his crew to start work surprisingly quickly. When they showed up, they worked hard from sunrise to sunset and by the end of the day they had finished and done a really stellar job. All involved were very professional, courteous and willing to spend time answering questions. I'll always be grateful for their awesome service.
