You cannot rely on this place. On drove in from Beeville and arrived 10 minutes before 12, their normal closing time and they were closed. I called and all they could say is due to a software update they closed 30 min early. Google maps showed they were open.

Thanks to Bruce Spencer for his professionalism in assisting us in providing plumbing replacement parts. His apparent extensive plumbing knowledge was a key factor in addressing our particular problem. Over the past 5 years, Bruce has professionally assisted us with the upgrading of our bathrooms with products sold in the Ferguson show room. Bruce surely represents the best of Ferguson.

I will begin by saying the customer service is outstanding! Sydni Nisbet is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet. Originally, my husband and I went into Ferguson’s for the nice, single piece bathtubs for the kids’ rooms. I was sincerely planning to purchase everything else somewhere else, thinking I could get better prices at the big box stores. After visiting with Sydni and purchasing my tubs, we started talking about bathroom fixtures, and I realized the prices are comparable and the choices are better. Now, anything I can purchase from Ferguson’s will come from Ferguson’s. All my light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, and appliances. Such a relaxing atmosphere; no pressure, only pleasant advice and knowledge. Sydni, thank you sooo very much! You make home building a joy! i will add photos to my post when the rooms are complete. ?

Purchased various plumbing products for new home here, all functioning well. Bought 10k worth of kitchen equipment (Wolf) all of which failed in the first two years! Unfortunately, these guys don't have a service department. The people that handled the service work took weeks to fix, thank God it was all still under warranty. Painful experience for high end goods!
