Like it never happened...I had a dog accidentally pee on very recently installed wool textured carpet. These wool carpets do not clean up as easily compared to a synthetic pile carpet - a cleaner using regular rolling brush/high temp water cleaner would have damaged the carpet. I needed the pro's that my carpet salesperson recommended. The process that Citywide used was extremely detailed and took over 2 hours to do. I also learned what to not do to these carpets from the knowledgeable and patient technicians (as I tend to ask a lot of questions :-) ). The result here was that the stain was completely GONE. I will definitely be calling these guys back out for my next routine carpet cleaning.

Citywide Restoration

Our home experienced water damage from a defected hot water tank. When we initially contacted Citywide Restoration, they made themselves available to us the same day. Allen and his team did an excellent job with water damage clean-up and drying. He also advised us throughout the entire restoration process of our home. Additionally, Allen made himself available and provided advise to us whenever issues arose with insurance adjuster and/or restoration builder. I highly recommend this company

Citywide Restoration

I had a commode break and needed to have the water removed. I called and Allen said he would be here in 45 minutes. He was here in less than 30 minutes. Once I decided to use his company he had his crew here in 30 minutes. They were very professional in doing the job. I will definitely recommend this company.
