An entire rehaul of the pool had to be done. With his knowledge of pool building, he was able to find the major issue of a continuous leak we had since the pool was built. I wish I had used another company. They came out and scoped the job and presented a plan. The complete job was to take a few weeks, and two months later, we still don't have the results they promised. We told them that we wanted the air in the spa to work. After inspection, they told me the button needed removing and replacing, timing, and jag switch. When they deemed the job finished, it did not work; not a single bubble. I repeatedly told them it was not working and I was told it didn't need what they had sold me... it needed an Air-box, which cost more than what they originally sold me (they also do not warrant this work). Prior to them starting work, all of my pool lights were working. After they pulled them out and put them back in, all three lights no longer work. I was told it was a coincidence and that all of the lights need to be replaced, and it will cost between $600 - $3,100.

Where to begin. A project that was to take a few weeks turned into over a year and 4 redos later. The image they use of my pool was after the job was complete the first time, until it faded and and had some strange things going on when it got wet. The owner came out, once, and would you believe three redos of decking!!! The money and time and mess, I’m still cleaning up, has been so frustrating! We never again saw or heard from the owner and Ken, who’s favorite line was I’m so over it, Well I am so over him. Just don’t use them. Save yourself the frustration and money and time. As many times as they messed up the decking the lack of supervision was astounding. And not one word from the owner. My husband kicked the crew out a number of times because they didn’t speak English well enough to let us know what they were doing or appeared to not have any idea what they were doing. I’ve sat on this review to give me some time to cool off. Ken you did not do right by us and we are so disappointed. We were patient and you took advantage of that along with taking our money. I’ve added a few pictures. Same job redone 4 times. I kid you not!

We are happy with our experience with Oasis. Ken was available when needed and returned calls/texts quickly. To begin the process, he came out, surveyed, answered questions then sent us our proposal. After consideration and discussion we went with Oasis because of the comfort level we felt with Ken and how he would handle our resurface project. We were told the project would take 2-3 weeks. Once we gave him the green light to start and paid our deposit, demo started in 4 days. The crews were respectful of our home while they were present. When tiling started, Ken stopped by to check on things and realized we were given the wrong waterline tile. It was so similar my husband and I did not even notice. Ken quickly called the tile company and had them come to our home themselves to replace it with the correct tile. At the end of plaster work, we noticed the wrong color jets were installed. After we reached out to Ken to inform him, he was at our home in 20 minutes to replace them. Our only complaint with the process was at the end. We were unhappy with the paint color of the deck after it was painted. Ken happily agreed to repaint it as an additional cost to our project and assured us it would be completed by a deadline we had 2 weeks out. There was a bit of a run around and communication issue on the actual day and time the repaint job would be completed. We were given specific timeframes in which the crew would be there to start the repaint, to where no one would show up, we would check in and be given a new timeframe, and the cycle continued all day. After expressing our frustration with the all day run around about the schedule, Ken got a crew to complete the project that day. In the end, the deck was completed by our deadline. Our job took 6-7 weeks to complete: keeping in mind there were weather days, we added the repainting of the deck, and scheduling crews during a pandemic and after Houston’s freeze where many people’s pools needed attention. I would recommend moving forward with Oasis. Our overall experience was pleasant and our pool looks amazing!

We entered our pool plastering project with trepidation, not knowing anything about it. After several bids, we felt comfortable with Oasis. They explained in detail what was going to be done, how long it would take and what we should expect. Five stars on all fronts! The work crews were all very professional, efficient and with each visit left the area clean and tidy. We had our waterline cleaned and it looks new. The pool looks fantastic and we could not be happier.
