I don’t know why I hadn’t done this sooner. Tammy was so helpful picking out the right flooring to go with my house. The installation crew was friendly and completed the job in one day. They are a local company and I would totally recommend them.

Extremely poor customer service. I take no pleasure in writing this review, but feel I need to since the store continues to ignore us. We paid just over $14,000 to have luxury vinyl plank put in our home. Our install included tile removal and removal of existing vinyl plank. Prior to our install, communication was good and we received text messages, confirming our install time and crew. We assumed demo and install would take a couple of days, although no timeline was provided. The crew was supposed to arrive between 9 and 10:30 AM. At 10:50, I contacted the store as no one had arrived. I was told that someone would be there shortly. Someone did arrive shortly after, one of the workers, and not the leader of the crew. He asked us what they were doing in our home. I walked him through the house and detailed what the job was. Communication was difficult. Another person arrived shortly after. We had just moved into the home so all of our boxes were in the garage and some furniture was in the home. They attempted to move my antique china cabinet, banging it into the walls. This happened to multiple pieces of furniture, damaging, entryways and wood furniture .My husband and I then left the house, knowing that there was going to be a lot of dust with tile removal. At 12:30, we came back into our house to find one man with a mini sledge, banging on the tile to remove it with no additional equipment. Only a small area had been done but tile was covering our brand new wood furniture. They were using our wood furniture to shelf material and tools. Nothing had been covered. I was reasonably upset. We put a stop work on the job until we could speak with someone from the store. Around 45 minutes later, our sales person and the crew lead came out for the first time. Rather than admitting fault and rectifying the situation, he proceeded to become defensive and walk around our home, pointing out all of the faults in the cabinetry and the baseboards telling us how they didn’t do that. I had never accused them of damaging anything other than possibly the table. We also found out that it was going to take at least five days for the crew to do the job and they didn’t have any equipment to remove the dust besides brooms. As a side note, the install took six days, and then they didn’t bring the correct transitions so that took an additional two days to get done. Our sales person gave me three options: return the material to them and leave my floors destroyed, purchase the material from them and leave my floors destroyed, or have them to complete the install. I could tell he really didn’t want to do this because he assumed I was going to be a troublesome customer. Apparently, expecting communication and consideration, for someone’s home are elevated expectations. The store never followed up to see how things went, and instead, responded rudely when we called to find out why the installers never came back to do our transitions. This review would not be happening if on the first day, they had apologized and taken accountability for the mistakes, and then rectified it. Rectifying it wouldn’t have been us asking for a discount. Our only ask was respect for home, communication, and proper customer service. We will never be using them again.
