I was house sitting and the garage door went out. I went online and found this place. The reviews are true. Bryon was professional and he told me the pricing up front. The garage is a hot place to work especially when the garage door is broken. Have a heart, give the repair person cold water bottles and snacks if you have any. Kindness goes a long way in every situation. At the end of the day, my relatives garage door is in better shape then I found it. Plus she paid me my money back plus a bit of interest. I read reviews on that Angie's website and other reviews. Would I ever hire this company again? Yes , I would and they do an amazing job!!! If you meet Bryon, have a heart and don't forget the bottles of cold water and snacks!!

Garage Door Doctor did a satisfactory job for me quick and fast. Andrik and another technician was on time and they were able to replace the garage door spring. I feel the installation really went smoothly. I was able to get a fair price. I felt good about the way they treated me. I would definitely use him again if I ever have anymore problems. Zach was incredibly genuine, knowledgable and helpful for installing the garage door opener for my new home. I went over budget in what i expected, but at this point in time i feel confident the money was well spent. The garage door opener itself has more bells and whistles than we actually require, but may be a nice touch for resale value. Most surprising, the garage is ridiculously quiet during opening/closing. Zach was very friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and overall the job was made easy thanks to Zach and the garage door doctor team. Extremely professional and thorough. Very well done, thank you!!

Elijah Dunn was great. He called me to tell me he was on his way. He said, he had to make a stop and asked if I wanted him to bring me anything. Who does that. When he got here he and his partner were friendly and professional. They knew the product and right away knew what I needed. Both were very personable and professional. Sam was extremely professional and polite. He was here early, and he knocked very quietly which I appreciated. He explained my options for repairs and costs for future updates. He was here for a while in the HEAT, so I appreciate his thoroughness. He was also very kind to my dogs even though one of them barked most of the time he was here. I also appreciate the promptness of the company. I called on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. I will use Garage Door Doctor Cypress for my next garage door needs.
