Ron is amazing. He is honest and thorough in his assessments. he has bailed us out a few times and will be the one to replace my unit. These days it's easy to be uncertain when picking contractors...not with Ron. I recommend him to anyone I know that needs help and they all rave about how satisfied they are with his service. He will be the ONLY person I call when I need AC help.
I highly recommend Texas Star Heating and Cooling. This company is top notch with affordable pricing. Ron is super friendly and very knowledgeable in his skill.

Phenomenal service and very responsive. My A/C unit went down on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I called Ron at Texas Star first thing Saturday morning, and he had my unit back up and running within two hours of the phone call! Ron is very responsive and gave me a great explanation of the work he was doing while he was doing it. He has definitely earned my business for the future, and I'll certainly be pointing all my neighbors his direction when they need help.

Called Ron at Texas Star on a Saturday evening when my a/c quit on me. Returned my call within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He is a true professional that takes pride in his work and absolutely knows what he is doing. Was able to fix some of the faulty work that previous company had done and got everything working without trying to sell me more than I need. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and a/c needs

So very happy and happy to say I finally have a heating/ac company that will be my go to. Ron explains everything thoroughly and wants to make sure you are happy with his service. They installed my new heater and more. Did such a great job and his helpers are also so nice and they worked hard and made sure everything was neat and working well. I can’t thank them enough for such great service and reasonable pricing. Give them a call for your air needs. I wish I had found them long ago.

We were lucky enough to find Texas Star years ago to help maintain our A/C and heating units. One A/C unit was original to our 40 year old home. We we did some upgrades to our house a few years back, there was no doubt that we were in the best hands to walk us through what we needed and then to do THE BEST work replacing our A/C units (the original one was still running thanks to Mr. Ron but it was time for it to retire) and Furnace. The job was done above and beyond any great expectation. When you hire Texas Star, you are hiring the best in the business, hands down.

Texas star heating & cooling has earned my service for life! My AC unit stopped working on Saturday over Memorial day weekend. Another company came out, told me they couldn't repair it and it needed to be replaced. I started looking for a second opinion. Ron answered my call and came immediately. He walked me through the work he was doing and showed me the part that was bad. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. Ron was incredibly thorough, informative, and most importantly HONEST! He repaired my "unrepairable" AC for a very fair price instead of trying to sell me a new one i didn't need. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you Ron!

We have been Texas Star Heating & Cooling customers for about 10years and have used them for my father's home as well. The customer services that Ron Niles provides is amazing. Whenever we have called him, he has responded immediately and in many instances even managed to provide a service call SAME DAY! If not same day, he would arrive in a day or two.
