Very friendly and arrived on time. Didn’t speak very good English so that was kind of hard to navigate. Did an ok job with the cleaning. Noticed several areas were missed: bathroom floor, microwave, dust bunnies under furniture. There was no prior consultation to discuss what was requested or required. Over all it was a satisfactory job. She was very kind and sweet though.

I called Texas Cleaning Services for a move-out clean and they scheduled me promptly. The quote was for $275+taxes. I find that a fair price for the market but only one cleaner showed up on the day of cleaning. The gentleman on the phone let me know drawers and cabinets were included in the move-out clean. I don’t think this was clearly communicated to the cleaning lady, Betty, that showed up. I let the phone operator and the cleaning lady know that I had pictures scheduled later in the day so it needed to be sparkling. When I returned to my house, I found all the shelves, drawers and cabinets untouched. There were multiple pools of water or cleaning solution remaining on the floor and particles remaining in the floor. I was left to clean these areas on my own after I paid $300+ for the service. I contacted the service to get some feedback and hopefully a refund or correction. It has been more than 24 hours and no one has called me back. This has been the worst cleaning service and possibly the worst service experience I have ever been a part of. Do yourself a favor and use a different cleaning service. Texas Cleaning Service doesn’t care about your satisfaction. They just want your money.
