All the reviews about the sales rep not acknowledging you is legit. Went in to look for slabs and none of the sales rep acknowledge our presence, let alone answer a single question. Clearly they don’t need any business ??♀️
Amazing pizza. Just like sitting outside of the Pantheon in Roma! The pizza Daviola with the spicy salami is exquisite. Just what a cold beer needs. Service, atmosphere, also top notch!

My husband and I just had the worst sales experience ever at the Dal-Tile showroom.
We had been at the Dal-Tile slab location picking out slabs before they told us to visit their tile showroom, which was around the corner. We thought, perfect!
We arrived twenty-five minutes before closing. We were greeting by a female salesperson who immediately told us they were closing at 3:00. We said ok. We just left your other showroom and were there to look at tile for our kitchen floor.
She wanted us to make an appointment to come back another time. I told her we live almost an hour away and preferred to look while we were there. This showroom isn’t very big mind you.
She came up to us ten minutes later to tell us they were closing in fifteen minutes and that we needed to tell her if we wanted any samples.
My husband is on crutches and moving pretty fast for someone with a broken leg. We weren’t taking our time. I asked for two samples, they didn’t have them. So I just grabbed a couple that might work.
Only one other person came in while we were there. I heard the salesperson tell this customer they were closing also.
They started turning out the lights at 2:52! Eight minutes before closing! I have never seen this kind of behavior before.
She came back to us at 2:55 to tell us we needed to leave and asked us to fill out an information sheet.
We were in our car at 2:57 and the employees were walking out to their car at 2:58.
Just beware that if you find yourself down in Dallas and happen to stop by here, they don’t care about you. They only care about the contractor you are working with.
Buyer beware.

I had an amazing experience with the sales consultant Marcus Blake. I was running short on a tile project which was out of stock for a couple months. Marcus helped me securing 3 sample tiles to get my project completed which I though would not be completed for a few more months. Thanks a lot for the customer first approach to fulfill my needs. Thanks to daltile for the amazing tile MU20.

I didn’t purchase from there yet but very impressed with the people and the layout. They were very friendly and knew where my choice of slab was. Also they have all the slabs grouped and I didn’t have to wait for equipment to move them around.

Very impressive selection of product. However, we were not even acknowledged upon entry. We were the only customers in the shop. There were four or five sales associates in the showroom. It appeared they were in a meeting so we assumed we would be approached when the meeting was over, but we never were. We had selected the tile we wanted to purchase, but after waiting 30 minutes we left and purchased tile for our entire bathroom remodel elsewhere.

Large selection of porcelain and ceramic tile, marble and stone, as well as the accent tiles to go with them. Well lit and staffed with helpful, knowledgeable personnel.
