Emser tile saved us from a continued hunt. I have only good things to say. I walked in and there was Sweet Caroline in the front, she greeted me with a smile and immediate help. I brought in a small scrap of very old tile, and she could have simply said we don’t have it but instead she started in on her own hunt to solve a huge problem for our company. We had to complete a job and needed to find a very specific tile. SHE FOUND IT. Buried deep in their warehouse she found a discontinued tile. She gave us everything they had and then put in an order from another location to start heading our way. She then wrapped up the pieces they had in stock and took them out to our truck. She even helped us load them in. By the way this was all happening after they were closed and the day was over. If you need tile, Emser Tile is the place to go. Quality care, great customer service and 100% satisfaction. We LOVE Emser Tile!!!

worthless customer service!!! I guess they don't care to make a sale, A lady looking thru paperwork and had a customer right in front of her said she too busy and needed 10 minutes to answers a question she said they short handed. it was only one other customer in store, too busy I guess..

As someone else who ACTUALLY WORKS IN THE FLOORING INDUSTRY, people who are leaving reviews complaining about the lack of people coming up to ask to help are confusing Emser with an actual retailer like Home Depot, Lowes or Floor and Decor. These are places where the bulk of their business comes in through the front door, so their staff is specifically trained to hang around and handle their "customers" in order to gain their potential sales. Emser, however, is NOT a retail facility. They are a wholesale distributor. Most of their business is coming through on the phone or in their emails, from actual retailers that are sending in orders. Their showroom, beautiful as it is, is specifically designed to show off the beauty of their products and not too much else. Questions about design ideas, installation, purchase price and others are what the retailers are for. Places like Prosource, Carpet One, and any other flooring store you see while driving along the freeways. This is not to chastise but to educate - Emser Dallas specially has amazing staff that truly do go above and beyond for their customers. But at the end of the day, their customer is the businesses that you, the homeowners, are ultimately buying from. They delight when you enjoy their product, and they truly do service you by servicing the companies that you're actually buying material from. I've been on their end of the phone before, and the people like Tabitha, Wes, Lance, Yessenia and Adrianna who do everything they can to get my product, get my ETAs, match my same shades, hunt to the ends of the earth for that little bit of stock I need - they deserve far more praise than I think some of these comments are offering, simply because of misunderstanding the heroism they are truly providing. I went into the store to buy tile. I was probably in there looking around for at least 10 minutes. Out of three employees that I saw, NOT ONE of them said hello or may I help you. One guy was helping a customer, but he could have easily said someone will be with you; a lady was on the phone who put the caller on hold and came back to the phone and she said nothing; and another lady was talking in the doorway to other employees in an office behind the sales desk.....nothing from her either. Needless to say, I left. Anyone who can't acknowledge they have customers in their store - don't need my money.

I was impressed by their nice clean well lit show room gallery. Noticed a few employees showing customers the wide selection of tile. While walking in towards the front desk(which is actually in the back) I double took at some nice fancy tile that you may or may not see in other tile stores. I made it to the front..back desk and I believe Patricia was the nice lady to help me get my order taken care of. I drove out back to the loading dock and within 10 minutes or so I was loaded and headed to the job site. Will recommend amd return for more business. Cinq étoiles mes amis!!
