The sample selections to choose from were incredible and numerous. It’s easy to look at hundreds of choices when they are easy to see and displayed on a wall. Our pool builder recommended three pool tile and stone design centers. Before driving an hour out to Dallas to see the products in person, which I highly recommend you do, I browsed the three websites. Based on my style, I narrowed it down to two design centers and visited both. QDI has an indoor and outdoor showroom. The indoor showroom was amazing—tons and tons of options to choose from. The outdoor showroom has mocked-up design displays so you can better visualize what an installation would look like. Veronica was the customer service rep that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. She was wonderful to work with and immediately contacted my pool builder with my selections, so we had no delays—top-notch customer service.

QDI never disappoints. I have been using them for several years on the majority of my pool & outdoor living new builds and renovations. Veronica is excellent to work with in the office, and Chris has taken over as my company's sales rep, although "sales" is really not the experience I have had with him. He's really a do whatever you need type employee and customer service representative. He will go out of his way to make sure I have the materials I need in a timely manner, so my projects do not suffer unnecessary delays. Whether a contractor, or a homeowner, ask for Chris and he will deliver.
