Overall had a great experience with Nathan and his crew. Very quick to respond when I first reached out and was able to come out within a couple of hours from when I initially called. Nathan was able to look at our garage door which had been damaged after I accidentally backed into it (it was a cold morning, which made the rails contract and caused the sensors to misalign so while the door did open, it did not open fully and stopped so that the last section of the door was still blocking the opening). Our door was bent out of shape, off the rail, and the bottom trim had come off. In addition, the motor ended up breaking after testing it to see if it would still work. Nathan was willing to fix the door and motor but in the end we decided it was more cost effective to just replace everything. Price was very reasonable and the removal and installation was quick and very well-done. Only “complaint” was that the crew arrived a little later than the expected window but Nathan was very good about reaching out and keeping me updated. I am very happy with the new door (R-10) but even more excited about the weatherstripping they added to make sure the opening was completely sealed. Definitely recommend this company!
