Not a positive experience! Very dissapointed in the lack of communication regarding cost. They don’t charge a fee to come out, but they totally hosed me in fees and “maintenance “ even though the technician who came out only sprayed the wheels with lubricant for “maintenance work”. Ridiculous! Choose another company who is open and honest as these technicians and service representatives are not transparent regarding fees.

Everything was great! From consultation to appointment setup, Alex the install tech was super nice and efficient at his job, paid what i was quoted no hidden charges. Follow up was right after installation to verify that all went as planned. Will be calling them again for future services or install on garage anything! Great job Veteran garage door repair.

Great work. Prices are a bit higher than other companies like Plano Overhead Garage Door. I was charged $832 to replace one broken spring. Plano Overhead charged $515 to replace two springs on another property of mine.

Explained all of the options, provided a very quick estimate that was very reasonable. Completed the work within an hour and even provided some recommendations for the future. Highly recommend!
