Marcus and Adrian inspected the house we were looking to purchase. They arrived on time. The inspection was thorough and very methodical. Upon completion, they did an excellent presentation of what their findings were ending with a question and answer session. Later that night we got our report in a pdf format along with a mp4 format video of the presentation. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They were highly recommended by a friend and I can see why.

High Point Property Inspections came under recommendation to us and did not disappoint, in fact far exceeded our expectations. The level of detail and professional work done was more than we could have imagined and are happy we did this work with the right company. Marcus did two pre-buy home inspections for us in Highland Park and saved us from making a big mistake on the first home by identifying a multitude of undisclosed defects. His prompt and accurate services exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

Adrian with high point property inspections was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his job.
For our current home purchase we went with a friendly referral which we thought was good at the time but the inspector wasn’t as thorough. 2 years into our home we had many major issues that had to be repaired. Just a few to mention, whole replacement of electric panel that was not to code and breakers running a smaller voltage than it should. Causing many shortages in the kitchen. I could not use 4 burners at the same time. Or run the oven with the microwave. Than we had to replace our ac unit that was old and discontinued. If we knew of these prior to signing the contract we would have negotiated with the sellers.
We love that after Adrian’s inspection he takes the time to run through the report and point out all his recommended concerns. By the end of the day we not only received the fully detailed inspection report but also a video to give us in depth insight on exactly what is going on with the home. I would highly recommend this company especially Adrian.

Marcus inspected our home and was amazing. He was punctual and professional and was able to answer all our questions.
This is our 3rd time using High Point Property Inspections and each time we’ve had such high confidence about our new home when we moved in.
It was easy to schedule and setup and the day off everything was communicated effectively and clearly to us. I cannot recommend them more!

Marcus performed a very thorough inspection. Upon completion he spent a lot of time discussing his findings. The presentation included pictures of each item that needs attention. We received a copy of his extensive report by email the same day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Everything was inspected from the pier and beam foundation to the roof. He checked the sprinkler system to insure it worked properly. Also included was his advice to trim some of the tree in back so that it would not touch the main electrical line. First class all the way.
