We were looking for properties in another state and had to quickly find a good local inspector who knew everything from roofing to foundation work. Keith responded and helped us with the work and we were astounded by his report. He checked literally everything from the roof work, all the electrical sockets, exhaust temperature readings and even the yard drainage system. The report also included a video summary of the property and a 1:1 video conversation via zoom where he addressed all of our questions and concerns in detail.
