I hired them and asked specifically if they check under pier and beam homes and they said yes. Then i get my report and they wrote under the home was inaccessible, the attic was inaccessible and due to weather of overcast they couldnt check the roof. But i still paid full price. Then the inside the house they did check they missed the fact 90% of our window are malfunctioning, falling out, missing lock or just screwed shut. Exterior had rigged wiring wrapped in electrical tape. Since they didnt go in the attic, they missed the mold up there. Its a nightmare to hire a company with so many great reviews and buy a home to find so many things missed. Then i call to resolve the issues with them and they offer me a refund. I say that wont cut it, then they say well we can send out a contractor but it can take months and you still may only receive the refund. So what this tells me is there is to ownership of your unprofessional practices. This wasn't one or two items missed. Mistakes happen. This was just someone not doing a job they were hired to do. Home buyer beware!!!!!
