Nikki and Team executed a AMAZING transformation of our rental property we recently placed on the market. They took a quaint and vacant townhome and turned it into a more desireable, modern, AND cozy habitat! Within an hour of posting pics for our home we had more than seven confirmed showings, three same day. The Design Quad - DESIGNSTARS!!, Homephotos, LLC for great pics and huge thanks to our realtor (Hava) for recommending the above crews. We'll post a few before and after pics. While they are not quite as representative of the on-site metamorphises we experienced with our home. We thought we'd post as an example of what her team can do for your home! She was a hoot, so funny and incredibly responsive to my many phone calls and texts. You would think I didn’t annoy her at all. Amy did a great job with the design. I couldn’t be happier.

The Design Quad did an outstanding job staging our house and getting it sold!! If we hadn’t called them our house might still be on the market. Here’s the backstory..My wife and I decided to sell our home after 15 years of ownership. We had already bought another house so we decided to fully update this house because it was vacant. The finished home was beautiful. We talked with our realtor about staging the house at the beginning of the listing but we thought the house would sell on its own. We had multiple showings every week and open houses on the weekends with plenty of viewers. We received positive feedback about the updates to the house followed with comments about the floor plan layout or questions about how to fit furniture in the various rooms. All the “lived in” houses around us were getting offers in less than two weeks, but our house had been on the market for 35 days and we hadn’t received one. It was very frustrating after all the money we spent getting the house ready to sell. We finally decided to stage the home and we were referred to the Design Quad. They made the process very easy and within a few days our home was staged. We ended up getting a full price offer the next day from the first person to see the house in its newly staged look. The comment from the buyer was “they had found their dream home”. This was all thanks to the Design Quad.
