I requested an appointment for keys and a fob for a car we bought for my son. When the tech came, we realized the car lock was not working properly and he was unable to make a fob. We took it to the shop and found out it was too much to get it repaired. We eventually got another car and again called to request an additional fob and keys be made for that car. This took about 3 weeks total and Helena as well as the different techs we had were all so nice, professional and patient with us as we made several changes. The manager was very willing to work with us and though I know I called and spoke with Helena at least 10 times, she was always pleasant, patient and had a great sense of humor in what could have been a very stressful situation. I will definitely use them again! ?

Best Locksmith came and took great care of my home. I needed an already installed lock with no key keyed and my technician replaced the entire lock in no time! Will definitely call them again as needed!

I called these guys based on their reviews. They didn’t disappoint either. Edwin (locksmith) was right on time, and very professional. But, what really put the service over the top was that there were technical issues on my end. Amazingly enough, he found a solution that worked and got me a new set of keys. He really went above and beyond the call of duty!
