If you are in need of security equipment Matt at A1 is amazing. My company was in need of a very complex system and “No” or “We can’t” is not in his vocabulary. Matt presented my team with multiple options and got us an amazing system at a very reasonable price.
I've had the pleasure of working with the team at A1 Security a handful of times over the past few years and I've never had anything good things to say afterwards.
We've worked with almost everyone on their team at some point. Matt and Amanda definitely go the extra mile to ensure that the client is taken care of and receives the best experience from design to delivery.
Whether we were performing work on behalf of, along side, or referring out to A1, we've had nothing but positive results.

A1 Security came in and rescued me when my original vendor disappeared. I couldn’t be happier. EVERY interaction has been great! Professional and knowledgeable they treat you like they are a member of your own team. Amanda Garza did a great job communicating with us on scheduling, rescheduling and even contacted me on a Sunday when an earlier appointment became available.
The installers did a fantastic job! Troy has been at my office during all of my installations and upgrades and has never failed to exceed my expectations. My apologies to the new guy with Troy, I totally forgot his name, but he did a great job as well.
If you need something done right, call the people at A1 Security.

This company is best described by it's name. "A1" Customer Assistance "Amanda" , quality of service, knowledge of product, customer retention all 5 stars. Troy, the installer was on-time, knew exactly how to correct my camera issue, and was most patient when explaining my system to me.
I'm an A1 customer for life.

Can not really express how happy I am with these guys' service and expertise. I had gotten a quote from two other AV companies to put in a media room, security cameras, and speakers throughout the house. I was completely SHOCKED by the cost. Matt came in and designed a plan that did almost all that had been quoted to me for a fraction of the price. The installation went smoothly and I am perfectly happy with the results. Don't go with another company before you give these guys a chance. . .or it might just cost you way more than it needs to!
