David V offered me one of the best customer service i have ever been provided if not the best. he helped me chose the right and best option of services that worked for my house needs. He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! They literally are awesome thanks DAVID V !
I had a great experience with Allied Home Security while shopping for upgrades to my home security system. David V was very informative and responsive to any and all questions I had. He is very knowledgeable, and was very honest even if it meant I didn’t need a particular component. I really appreciate that. I can’t wait for the installers to arrive next week to upgrade my cameras and home security system. This company has a lot of good reviews, and it is easy to see why. I highly recommend this company for all of your home security needs!

Jesse was my tech today did a great job installing everything and explained panel and app.. panel is user friendly and easy to use

I'm updating my previous review about my sales experience to include a second review on our installation experience.
Review 2) Installation: Our technician, Josh Alvarez, was very thorough, courteous, professional, and took his time to answer questions throughout the camera and alarms system installations. I am very impressed with the system components, and so glad he made this such great experience. We have had other security companies, but I have never felt so protected in my home. Thank you, Josh!
Review 1) Sales: David V. made this experience very pleasant. He sent me a text after hours to let me know he would be calling the next morning if that was okay. He was very helpful and and I'm very excited to have our home protected by Allied Home Security. Thank you David!!!

Josue A. did an amazing job installing our security system. He was professional , friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was reassuring knowing that he is also an electrician. He answered all of my questions and was very careful with my home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
