Jim’s company installed our roof and other things when my home was destroyed in the 2019 tornado. From all the recent rains I discovered a pretty bad leak Friday night. I called Jim on Saturday expecting to leave a message. Not only did Jim the owner answer himself but he personally came to our house to assess the situation on a Saturday and had a crew there within a few hours to fix everything. He did all this for us honoring our warranty….on a Saturday! Amazing and I highly recommend KP! Thank you Jim!
