Texas House Plans and the team was beyond talented, professional and easy to work with. Being a new resident to Texas, they were informative on ideas and suggestions that would perfect my new home regarding the climate changes throughout seasons and preventative measures to keep the house in top condition over the years. The team was eager to perfect the design of my dream ranch home and it came out exceptional.

Hate to say it, but our house plans were horrible, we had to change pitches and slope angles of the roof to make things work. Kitchen window above the sink was so high that you would’ve needed a step stool to see out of it. And now we are into the trim stages of the house and once again finding all kinds of issues.. I feel like we were overlooked and pushed to the side on some of these issues. Not worth the 3,500 plus dollars it cost to have these plans designed and then have to have them done again..
