Would not recommend them to anyone. Does not conduct business in a reasonable matter. They still have outstanding invoices they have NOT paid and after many phone calls and letters we still have not resolved the issue.

Delinquent on payment never returns phone calls. Very aggravating when you've done 5K worth of work and don't get paid for it on time.

After reading the previous reviews our company was hesitant to contract with A & R Demolition. I was asked to have a meeting with the owner of A & R before signing them to high profile demolition job in downtown Austin, Tx. I sat down with Raymond Reveile and he explained to me that in 2010 the contractor he worked for demolishing Texas Stadium stiffed him out of 1.5 million dollars. After winning an arbitration against the contractor he has yet to be paid. He has not once tried to avoid paying someone he owes, but he did explain he had to work out payments with some vendors. Raymond seemed very contrite and apologetic but it literally was unavoidable he than let me talk to a few of the venders he had to work out payment plans and they were very pleased A &R had not filed bankruptcy because they said most company's had done that in similar situations. We decided to contract with A&R and found them to be very good at there job, we had dealings with Steve Copus, Tatianna Saturn, Dulce Cano, and Kathy Webber they were all very knowledgeable in their positions. The buildings were tore down on time and I was shocked at what they were able to salvage and recycle out of our old 50,000 square foot building..I would recommend them to my best friend and now after working with them I am confident they will get there financial problems resolved, for a fact I spoke to Raymond a couple of weeks ago and he said they were almost done with all his payment arrangements and things are going well. I am sure all jobs can have problems but I promise you if you hire A&R they will strive to make it right. Best of luck !
