One of the main support posts is becoming loose due to poor pole setting and poor concrete mix and the driveway is ruined where this issue has developed. Looks like an expensive fix, not happy. Update to owner's recent response: I have the receipt, should I show everyone?

I needed someone to install a chain link fence, to divid property being sold out in Chaparral. We had a contract pending and new owners wanted to move in before Christmas. 380 feet no gates or corners. Mr. Garza who is representing All American Chain Link Fence stop by my house to pick up 1/2 of the $5800 , on Nov 3, and job was to have been start 2 days later. He started a week later. I had told him the property line had spikes from the surveying company. His guys showed up around 11 am, I left so I had other things to do. They where waiting on Mr. Garza to show up with materials, so the started making the holes. I got a call from my dad telling me they where installing fence post a foot inside property line. I head back , and by the Mr. Garza was there, I stop the job because it wasn’t being done correctly, it was off the property line. I had to call surveyors out again, another $400 out of my pocket. Unfortunately they took almost 2 1/2 weeks to make it out to re survey the property . One they had finished and new spikes installed again I contacted Mr Garza who asked for more money before re starting to job. He refused to finish the job unless he got half of what was owed to him. I reminded him that was not the agreement, I continue to ask him when he would start and he said when I get the money. The most dishonest and unprofessional individual I’ve ever dealt with. So my brother reached out to him and asked him to finish the job in 3 day and that he would give him a 1/3 of balance at the end of each Day. That was a huge inconvenience for us to have to drive out there every day and inspect the job, and have to pay him $700 after a day work. But it was urgent for us to get the fence installed, since it had a potential buyer. Mr. Garza knew that and continue to play hardball. I have text messages from him stating he would start the job once he had more money. I do not recommend him, unprofessional. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau, as well as social media. Dishonest individuals should be exposed. Don’t hire unless you want headaches, and legal issues. Not sure why his labor workers thought they knew more about a surveyor, that they remove the spikes. I should’ve deducted the $400 for the second survey.

My request was scheduled within three days of calling; replacement of damaged right fence-panel was done in a few hours, Mr. Garza was very professional, courteous, and meticulous on quality. I am very happy with the finished product and have scheduled a second job. I recommend this company.

They do what they said. They show up and finish on time. There is no extra cost. Well communicate with me. Can not be more satisfied. Highly recommended.

After getting at least 5 estimates, this company was the least expensive. Maybe they weren't the most prompt when it came to calling back or coming over to do the job but it was well worth it at the end. I was very satisfied with the results. Sal was most courteous when dealing with him. His workers were very professional. I definitely recommend this company for any chain link fence projects.
