We use them for service where I work and they are very good on prompt service and always get the job done. Staff is friendly and professional
K&M has been providing prompt and complete service for a GREAT price for our commercial property since 2015. We rarely have to call them because they are on top of everything but when we do they show up quickly and always resolve any issues for us. Their quotes are always clear and accurate.

Their truck was driving at least 95 mph on I35. Regulary cutting people off and swerving into the other lanes. One review might be an exception, but two makes a fact.

Multiple service technicians advised the service elevator inside of Centerpoint III in Arlington would be operable by the end of 12/2019 but it took them an additional 2 months because most of their techs would rather stare at their cell phones than actually get any work done. Seems like there's always an issue with at least one of the three elevators in this building and these folks can't seem to get it right.
