We hired this company to provide service to our property in Fredricksburg. I have been a homeowner for many years and used quite a few different pest control companies. This is the ONLY one who states that they will not knock down spider webs or remove dirt dobber nests. The manager that I spoke to said "that is a homeowner's responsibility" So, $80 for just spraying a VERY SMALL lot (it's a Tiny Home - 499 sq ft). And worse she had the nerve to then say but we'll still take your payment.... Why is it that small town service companies think they don't have to provide quality and customer-friendly service? There's always competition even in a small town and we will find them.

Have used Hill Country for over two years. Noticed an ant issue last time the technician visited two weeks ago. Charged me an extra $100 to eliminate the ants. Two weeks later we wake up to ants all over the walls, ceiling and bed. Called to have someone come out and was told that they couldn’t be there for 6 days. Called Terminex because they treat our business and they are sending someone out today. Now that’s customer service. Needless to say I canceled my service with Hill Country pest Control.
