Michael is WONDERFUL! He is the first person I met representing Dry Force. Nice job! He is informative. I followed him around asking lots of questions and he provided me with explanations I understand.
Michael told me what the next Crew will do AND when. I am a planner. I know what to expect in the next few days and the events to come. This is very comforting to me.
Dry Force was recommended to me by my Plumber Robert White of Porpoise Plumbing. I'm glad of that. Help came fast. I was told 60 - 90 minutes and right on time, Michael was here. It's a Friday evening. I am so impressed and thankful. My emergency is Dry Force's priority!
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It would take too long to detail everything, but included is:
1. The worst communication of any company I have ever dealt with.
2. They covered the return air on our downstairs AC, didn't tell us, and almost broke the AC. We had to pay $1,500 to put in a new return air and this was after 3 days in a hotel.
3. They took over 2 weeks longer than expected.
4. They did a poor job and didn't even read the mold tester's report, failed the test and had to come back because they had not even done part of the work.
5. I found out about two weeks in that they don't fix anything they tear apart. They were planning on leaving huge holes in my ceiling and walking away, in August, in Texas. You didn't think I need to know that? You didn't think I needed to arrange someone else to fix the holes, or budget for that?
6. Dave, the guy who sold us was never heard from again after the project started. I texted him and he said "call the office".
I would run, not walk away from this company.

Michael Wilson from Dry Force came out to give an estimate & was great to work with. The evaluation seemed thorough & he helped me with my very first home insurance claim. Very professional & helpful the whole time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Wilson from Dry Force, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, Michael demonstrated a deep understanding of the water damage issues in my home. He was thorough in his assessment, clearly explaining each step of the process and the solutions available.
Michael's attention to detail and commitment to quality work have stood out throughout the entire mitigation process. He not only addressed the immediate problems but also provided valuable advice on preventing future issues. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions have made a stressful situation much more manageable.
