I almost got in a car accident because one of their truck drivers.. I was going 72 in a 70 and he was going at least 90 MPH and almost hit me. Very dangerous and unresponsive driver

I have used Nationwide Lifts of Texas for the past 7 years I have owned a home with a residential 4 story elevator. Information on anything mechanical relating to elevators is really not put out there on the web, largely to prevent dangerous DIY disasters. That puts the owner/user in a situation with a repair person in which they are uninformed, clueless, and at the mercy of a repair company that can insist you need expensive repairs that you do not need to boost their income. I am very thankful that every experience I have had using Nationwide Lifts of Texas has been free of such deceptive practices. I know this, as I have never had to have a major repair. I have worked with both Gary and Dale, and both are extremely professional, punctual, and fair. They take the time to explain problems I have had, and they have never had to come back to repeat a failed repair so far. And, they have always repaired my elevator in one visit. Definitely recommend!
