We contract with “A Better Fence Company” to install a metal gate in our side yard. We are extremely disappointed with the sub-par installation and lack of response to our concerns. There are three major areas of concern with the installation. 1) The powder-coat finish was significantly damaged (scaped-off by the installer) in at least three visually obvious areas. 2) The metal posts are not plumb. 3) The gate post was attached to my neighbor’s fence after I had clearly and emphatically warned the installer before starting the job, that he was not to attach the new gate to my neighbor’s iron fence. This has opened me up to potential future litigation from my neighbor. Additionally, the installer left the concreate debris from the previous gate along with packaging material on my lawn for me to deal with and failed to reconnect and return my hose to the hanger. I have left messages and sent detailed e-mails to the company with absolutely no response. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

From the first visit by their representative Don, to the crew who came out and in two days removed the old fence and installed a very high-quality fence. The company name "A Better Fence" says it all.

We are very pleased with our decision to choose A Better Fence Company to replace our worn fence. Everyone including Don and the two gentlemen who replaced our fence were knowledgeable and paid attention to details. Don came over several times to make sure the project was going well and we were satisfied with the work being performed. The gentlemen who did the work asked questions and ensured that I was consulted along the way. Following the work, I received a follow up call from Jean to gauge my satisfaction with the work. I would definitely recommend A Better Fence Company to anyone considering a fence replacement. They are a true professional organization!

I have used A Better Fence Company on a couple occasions. Don is awesome to work with and really takes the time to consult with you on the best solution. Most recently I had a new driveway gate and curved 5 foot iron fence installed around the side of my property. The team does really good work and we have been very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great service by the guys and Don. The two guys that worked on the fence did an excellent job l! They completed the job in two days. They kept trash to a minimum and removed all debris. Very professional.
