Taylor was an excellent service technician. Not only was he timely and thorough, he showed me pictures of exactly what he was working on and the outcome. I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all our questions. We will definitely continue to use Air Repair Pros!
Johnny was great. A/C went out Thursday night and I put in for a visit that evening (around 11pm). He got here Friday morning, explained everything that it could be and it ended up being one of the options he went over.
Very knowledgeable. Very nice. Did a great job and taught me a few things on how to avoid issues in the future.

I am SO glad a friend referred me to Air Repair Pros! The vendor I used in the past was never able to turnaround an appointment in less than 3-5 days but they were out in less than 24 hours!
Cassi was PHENOMENAL! She was very thorough in troubleshooting and fixing my issue while also fixing a minor non-related home repair issue I was experiencing, saving me another service call/repair. I learned a lot about my a/c system that will be helpful for continuous maintenance and signed up for their Comfort Club Membership for additional peace of mind in this Dallas heat. Thanks for EXCEPTIONAL service!!!

Taylor arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and had the parts we needed on his truck. He took the time to walk me through controlling our new thermostats via the app. Having lived in our new home only about a month, I am confident I made the right decision in selecting Air Repair Pros to service our HVAC systems.

Air Repair Pros installed a whole new downstairs systems for our family. Brandon and Marcus did an incredible job helping us pick the right system and Glen and his team made sure it got installed correctly. I am most pleased by the service and expertise provided by Brandon and Marcus. They both took the time and care to walk through every detail. I could tell the truly cared about my satisfaction and weren't just focused on getting to the next house. I will use Air Repair Pros in the future!

Highly recommend Air Repair Pros for your AC/Heating needs! Taylor has been a huge help in getting us fixed up and back up to speed with this hot weather about to hit. He was able to locate multiple issues, point us in the right direction to repair, and has great Customer Service! Cole diagnosed the problems within seconds and had me back up and running in no time. Was on time, courteous and respectful. Lots of great advise for preventative HVAC maintenance and really knows his business. I’ve been working with air repair for 10+ years and they have always been great too. Marcy did a great job scheduling and following up.

Cassi is Awesome!
Our regular repair service didn’t even call us back after several attempts. Another wanted $200 for an emergency call because it was Sunday.
Cassi came out quickly, within 45 minutes.
She is honest & personable.
Very knowledgeable & efficient doing her job! She knows her stuff!
Our AC works better than it EVER HAS!
