We’ve just built our home in Gunter and called Safe Pro to come out and do an initial treatment to get things started right. When Robert got to the house he was phenomenal. Nice, communicative, explanatory. He answered questions and offered great suggestions on how to proactively treat any concerns or issues. He was down-to-earth and took time to explain come entry points and things to be cognizant of since were newbies to the area. I loved working with him and learned so much about the various options and services that they provide. After the service was complete, Robert worked me through the rest of our service plan for the remainder of the year. And the best thing - if we have problems in between scheduled services, they’ll come out and address the problem free. I LOVE THEM and cannot wait to see how this relationship continues moving forward!

Safe Pro Pest Control was on time and very professional. It is so uncommon to get good customer service these days, but Ryan was amazing. He answered every question I had and didn’t make me feel rushed. He provided a very thorough assessment of my rodent problem and walked through each step with me. Safe Pro is a great company and Ryan was a wonderful evaluation specialist.

I cannot say enough good things about our technician Robert. He is so professional, kind, thorough, and amazing at what he does. He truly cares about his clients and we can feel that in his work. I hope that Safe Pro realizes that they have a one of a kind employee working for them. The company itself is amazing and reasonably priced. Don't look elsewhere, the reviews are accurate. This business is just that good.
