I don’t typically leave reviews but had to after going through what I believe to be the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I had a traumatic experience with my first moving experience (they ruined some of my furniture pieces) and was very hesitant to try again. Fortunately everything went smoothly thanks to how communicative, fast and efficient Big Tex team was. Highly recommend them for your next move as I personally will refer them to family and friends, as well as for my future move when necessary. Please reach out to request for Derrick and Enrique. I’m about 2 years late to reviewing, but when I moved in my house from my apartment this was by far the best experience I ever had! Professional, friendly, timely, nothing was damaged. Will definitely be using again when needed!

I hired the Big Tex Movers to unload my moving truck because my boyfriend and I loaded everything in going down from the 3rd floor and honestly my body wasn’t gonna survive going right back up and down another 3 flights of stairs for move in. We took hours loading the truck because I’m not as strong as my bf haha. But I was so happy that the two men we hired to help got everything done in under their two hours. They were so quick and efficient. Very nice people and I feel like they saved my life and well being by helping us move in. Thank you to the gentleman who helped, AJ and Derrick! You guys were awesome.

AJ and Derrick did an amazing job. Everything from booking, to going over the fees, to communication leading up to the move was fantastic, professional, and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. They worked so hard during one of the hottest days and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It amazing how they fit all of our things into their van, truly impressive!

I wish I could make this a good review because my husband and I have had great experience with them in the past, but they were a complete no call, no show on our moving day. I scheduled the move with AJ a month in advance and even got a reminder email about our appointment two days prior to the move. The morning of, complete no call no show. Leaving us to scramble and find another moving company the day of! I called 4 times, left 2 voicemails, sent a text, and even drove to their “office.” It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t heard a word from anyone with Big Tex Moving. We called AB Moving the day of, and they were incredibly helpful and urgent considering our situation.

I've used Big Tex Moving for 4 moves over the years. Every time, they've made the move more bearable and completed the job in less time than I planned. I highly recommend this service to my friends and family whenever anyone brings up having to move. Derrek, Jorge and Abdul were a pleasure to work with on this last move, which required having them out to the house two times. They were friendly, communicative and hard workers. Not planning to move again anytime soon but will continue to refer this service to family and friends in the future.

This was my second move with this company. We hired them to move our office in Aug 2020 and they did such a great job that I wanted them to move our apartment this past weekend. I could not have asked for a better move! Fast, efficient, and a great price! Great customer service too, from Chase, the guy I talked to on the phone, to Gabriel, Darius, and Jorge who were a terrific moving team. They kept right on working until the job was over and done and with smiles and terrific attitudes the whole time. Gabriel knew all the tricks of the trade to get our furniture safely moved to it's new location. No cost hikes for mileage or extra surprises. What they quoted is what I paid. In fact, Chase gave me a discount for a slight scheduling mishap. Not hoping to move again soon, but if I do, I will be calling Big Tex again!
