Amazing prices. Great customer service
Every auto mechanic I’ve taken my vehicle to afterwards (outside of Graham) has questioned me on why I trusted taking my vehicle here in the first place. They are not willing to fix their mistake and will be rude to you when you question them. My husband does welding for the military and the welding job Daniel did was laughable. Leaving this here because they own Ricks Muffler.

Bad: dishonest. I was told I needed to pay in advance, so I said I’d use a credit card and asked how much it would be. I was given an amount and gave my CC info. I later got a bill that tacked on an additional “credit card processing fee”. I called to speak with the manager and told him that I would like to pay by check instead. He said that once he ran the card, he couldn’t refund it. The first was more of a lie by omission, but this was just a flat out lie.
Good: equipment delivered and picked up on time and worked great.
I recommend you pay by check or cash if you do business with Ken’s.

If you need it this place has it. I have rented heavy machines to floor sanders. If it is going to make your project easier I would almost bet they have it. I have not needed to make a reservations for the smaller equipment; just showed up and took it home.

Fair guys and good equipment. Never had a problem with their stuff. Guys teach you before you go. Best pricing in town.
