As a resident of McKinney, Texas, I’ve witnessed firsthand the drawn-out process of constructing a one-mile stretch of the West Melissa Road Project in our community—a project that has now stretched over four years. SEMA Construction Inc., the general contractor and developer in charge, has not only fallen short of expectations in terms of timeliness but has also left many of us frustrated due to a lack of communication. The company’s role as gatekeeper of information has been particularly disappointing. Throughout this lengthy process, they have remained largely silent, leaving thousands of residents in the dark. This lack of transparency and responsiveness has significantly contributed to the growing dissatisfaction within our community.

I did not get service from this company but I would not recommend them. One of there employees in a hurry to work went through the stop sign In a hurry and almost hit my truck with my 4 kids in it.

They had 4 trucks blocking all the lanes on I30 going 20mph for 2 miles and then all 4 trucks took the next exit. Absolutely no reason to cause all that congestion.
